Quality

At Telesis Design Build, quality is more than just a goal but an integral part of our daily SOP's. Via a Zero Punch list Inspection Program developed by our CEO in 1993, all foreman who have used this program have achieved zero punch list projects where the only items appearing on the punch lists are damage caused by others or requested changes. This program requires internal inspections at every phase of our scope to ensure accuracy and consistent quality. We look forward to using our Zero Punch list Inspection Program on your next project. Please take note of our narrative.

Zero Punch List Inspections

In order to provide a zero punch list project, the following procedures must be followed on each and every inspection for each and every phase of our scope. Above and beyond performance of such inspections, each foreman must develop a quality culture among his crews so that as a team, everyone cares for the quality of the project by taking pride in their work and continually monitoring what they install. When corrections needed are discovered, it is imperative that repair assignments are made that day and signed off by the foreman when complete. All inspections reports are to be maintained in your inspection report folder for reference as needed.
